Here's a quick and easy way to decorate for your 4th of July backyard barbeque. All you need is red, white and blue cardstock cut into 2" x 11" strips, A star punch, a small hole punch, scissors and yarn. Punch stars into the strips of cardstock. Punch a small hole in the top of each strip to string the yarn through. Cut a V shape into the bottom of each strip. String them onto the yarn and tie them above your table or where ever you like . Use the punched out star "confetti" to decorate your table. Happy 237th Birthday America!
